PAYMENT METHOD

To process your reservation, a Reservation Guarantee Deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total charge will be debited to your credit card. The rest of the total will be paid at your check-in. Credit cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

• In case of cancellation by the guest up to 4 days (96 hours) prior to the arrival date,
two options will be provided:
1 - Change of dates, free of charge (one time);
2 - Voucher with the amount paid valid for 12 months.

• In case of cancellation by the guest 3 days before arrival (72 hours) or incase of No Show, the remaining 50% of the reservation will be charged.

In any situation the amount paid in advance is non-refundable.

REFUNDABLE RATE

• In case of cancellation by the guest up to 2 days (48 hours) before the arrival date,
three options will be provided:
1 - Change of dates, free of charge (1 time);
2 - Voucher with the amount paid valid for 12 months;
3 - Refund in 120 working days (refund will be process ONLY through PayPal).

• In case of cancellation by the guest 1 day before arrival (24 hours) or in case of No Show
the remaining 50% of the reservation will be charged.

ATTENTION

Prices are per room per night in Mexican Pesos (MXN) for double occupancy.
Exchange rate: 18,50 pesos per dollar.

Price includes:
Breakfast + 16% IVA + 5% ISH.
